ABOUT ME:
I grew up near Delbarton, West Virginia, and attended school in the Mingo County school system. I have lived here all of my life. I did not grow up in a rich or politically influential family; I am the son of a Norfolk Southern railroad worker. I am a lifelong Christian. In high school, I earned the title of Honorary Secretary of State from Secretary of State Mac Warner for registering nearly all of my classmates to vote, showing my early passion for politics. I am a first-generation college student, and I was blessed to be a student in the Early College Academy at Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College, earning two Associate's degrees before my high school graduation. While attending West Virginia State University for my Bachelor's degree to go on to law school, I ran a grassroots campaign for a seat on the Mingo County Board of Education at just 19 years old and won the election. During my tenure as a board member, I oversaw the county's implementation of new state laws, including the removal of DEI from our schools and bans on other woke policies. I also oversaw and approved many other beneficial actions taken by the board, such as facility upgrades throughout the county, the implementation of a new program for reporting school threats, and more.

In my time off, when I was not attending classes, working, or performing my duties as a school board member, I founded a chapter of the Young Republicans in Mingo County and was elected Chairman, and, roughly a year later, I was elected to be the Secretary of the West Virginia Federation of Young Republicans, two positions that I still proudly hold to this day.

Now, I am humbly asking the people of our district for their support in becoming the next delegate to represent our region. I am a staunch America First conservative who will fight for YOU in Charleston!
